Mr Bhatti was appointed headteacher at Town Farm School in 2015 and has successfully led the school through several inspections. He is an experienced, dedicated, and visionary leader who is committed to fostering a positive and inclusive environment that empowers children to excel academically and grow as responsible citizens. Mr Bhatti became a School Improvement Advisor for Surrey County Council in 2018. In 2023, Mr Bhatti worked with Ofsted as part of an inspection team allowing him to gain a valuable insight into the inspection framework and he continues to support and mentor new headteachers. Mr Bhatti is part of several Local Authority projects. As Deputy Headteacher, Mrs Shrimpton is responsible for the quality of education throughout the school. With twenty years of experience in the field of education, she is dedicated to promoting the highest standards of teaching and learning and support every pupil to achieve their very best. Miss Elliott is one of two Deputy Headteachers that form part of the Senior Leadership Team at Town Farm. She has responsibility for Safeguarding, Behaviour and Attitudes. Miss Elliott has 16 years' experience in primary education and has taught across a number of schools and counties. She is a trained coach and has also completed her National Professional Qualification in Senior Leadership. Miss Elliott has experience as a Maths Lead Practitioner and training ECT and SCITT students has developed her passion for ensuring excellence within education. Most recently, Miss Elliott spent a year in role as Acting Headteacher at a small school and has joined the Town Farm Team to help drive the ambitious priorities moving forward. Mrs Winch has been in the education sector for over 20 years and in that time has taught throughout all key stages form nursery to Key stage 5. She has a strong commitment to educational excellence and a genuine passion for helping students to succeed, Mrs Winch is determined to achieve the best for every child. She has a strong background in creativity through Music and is dedicated to ensuring that there are equal opportunities for all to experience a wide variety of enrichment activities both in school and in the wider community. Mrs Prince is the School Business Manager at Town Farm and has worked at the school for 3 years. However, she had been working with Town Farm since 2014 in her capacity as Governance Professional working with many different primary schools in Surrey, Hounslow and Richmond. Since joining the permanent staff of Town Farm, she has taken responsibility for health & safety, human resources and the financial management of the school. |
Mrs Smith is the Special Needs Coordinator (Senco) at Town Farm. She has worked at Town Farm for over 20 years as a class teacher and now in the role of Senco. Mrs Smith works with pupils, staff and parents, in addition to working with external professionals, for example Educational Psychologists, Speech therapists, Outreach workers, Occupational therapists and our STIP team (Specialist Teachers of Inclusive Practice). Her role is to work with parents to help the children with identified additional needs have the right support at the right time to ensure they can access the curriculum and progress. |
Mrs Chilton has over five years experience of working in various roles within a primary school, these include welfare, attendance, finance and human resources. She previously worked for over eight years as a legal secretary for a firm of solicitors in many departments of law. Mrs Chilton is local to Stanwell having lived in the area for 14 years. She has two children who attend local secondary and primary schools. Mrs Chilton is the Home School Link Worker for Town Farm as has responsibility for attendance and pupil welfare. |
