Touch and the use of restrictive physical intervention

At Town Farm, we follow Surrey's guidelines on the appropriate use of touch and physical restraint to ensure the safety and well-being of all pupils. We believe that positive relationships are key to managing behaviour, and physical contact is only used in situations where it is necessary to protect a student from harm, injury, or to prevent significant disruption.  We are committed to promoting a safe, supportive environment while respecting the dignity and rights of all pupils.
