Our Staff

Mrs Smith is the Special Needs Coordinator (Senco) at Town Farm. She has worked at Town Farm for over 20 years as a class teacher and now in the role of Senco. Mrs Smith works with pupils, staff and parents, in addition to working with external professionals, for example Educational Psychologists, Speech therapists, Outreach workers, Occupational therapists and our STIP team (Specialist Teachers of Inclusive Practice). Her role is to work with parents to help the children with identified additional needs have the right support at the right time to ensure they can access the curriculum and progress.
