Our Staff

Mr Bhatti was appointed headteacher at Town Farm School in 2015 and has successfully led the school through several inspections. He is an experienced, dedicated, and visionary leader who is committed to fostering a positive and inclusive environment that empowers children to excel academically and grow as responsible citizens.

Mr Bhatti became a School Improvement Advisor for Surrey County Council in 2018. In 2023, Mr Bhatti worked with Ofsted as part of an inspection team allowing him to gain a valuable insight into the inspection framework and he continues to support and mentor new headteachers. Mr Bhatti is part of several Local Authority projects. Mr Bhatti has vast experience at board level and is a National Council Member at SEBDA (Social Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties Association)
