Dear Hillary Class,
I have been keeping busy by learning something new each week, such as: how to make an aerodynamic paper aeroplane, all the lyrics to a cherished song and the alphabet in sign language. I can’t wait to hear how you have been spending your time whilst you have been staying safe at home - I hope you have been able to enjoy some of the sunshine!
Your home learning has been updated for the summer term and although I’m sure it feels different schooling at home, I hope you have been enjoying the activities that we have set and continuing the learning that we have been doing in year 6.
Please also use this time, at home, to enjoy being with the people close to you and doing activities that you enjoy. I hope you have found creative ways to entertain yourselves, through art, playing games, or spending time outside when you can. I very much look forward to hearing about all the ingenious ways you have occupied your time, but for now, stay safe at home and keep your brains active!
